VAW Day 5: Do You Need Prayers for Your Vocation?

So one of the best decisions I ever made for my vocation was to begin mentioning to people that I was discerning a call to the priesthood.

I wasn't even close to being sure, but it was important because more than anything people responded with, "I will pray for your discernment."

I can wholeheartedly say that I have felt the effect of those prayers.

So, today, I share with you a couple things.

One, I share with you an encouragement to share your own vocation discernment with people so that they can pray for you. You don't have to be sure, and you can ask them to not share it with anyone, but having people pray for you makes a huge difference.
