Leader Meeting - July 8/15/22

First up on the list is the Leader Meeting. This is for all those who are going to be leaders for the Intro Retreat. Please take in mind, that if you wish to be a leader, you MUST attend the meetings. It is absolutely required, as the intro retreat is only a few weeks away. This weeks meeting will be held as my house (if you don't know where that is, you can send me an email at Jonmonzon@gmail.com and i'll reply) and will start at 5 PM for those who are going to be in the skit, and 6 till 9 for the rest of the meeting.

Next is the World Youth Day planning meeting. For all those who are interested in going on the pilgramage to Madrid, Spain in 2011, this will be our first meeting. It will be held at St. Catherines from 10 PM till Noon. Highly recommended you bring your parents.

Then we come to Youth Leader. Great training program for those aspiring to be leaders. This year it will be held at Marello. Registration is closed as of today I believe so please pray for all of those who are preparing to go.

Also, currently being discussed is a possible inter-parish event on July 17. More details TBA.

And now we have the Intro Retreat. This is for all those who want to join CYm or for those who have not yet been on a CYM Retreat. Registration forms are due on July 17th and will cost $35. I have posted up forms on a previous post, so you can look them up, print them out, and turn them in. The Intro Retreat will also be held at Marello on July 25-26. You are welcome to invite friends. The age requirement however is you must be an incoming 7th Grader and up.

Lastly we have Relay for Life. For those of you who don't know, Relay for Life is a 24 hour fundraiser to raise money to fight against cancer. It will be held at the SPSV Track Field on August 1st from 9 AM till 9 AM the next day. There will be a meeting at Jazo's house this Friday at 6 PM. Once again, message me at my email if you would like to know Jazo's address or number.
